1999-Aug-19:

   CA100193H: Mismatch between nominal coordinates and detector center

     Nominal coordinates are those of LMC X-1, which is at an off-axis
     angle of roughly 5 arcmin during the observation;
     thus the off-axis angles derived by SASS are misleading.

     ROR, POINT, and MISP show no indication of an off-axis pointing;
     the observation is not in AMCS_POINT.

   Reported by fhw and msasaki.

   Required action:

     Correct nominal coordinates in MISP (use the coordinates at the
     center of the HRI FOV), and repeat the SASS processing.

   HRI Hot Spot visible in 201623h-2 (not in 201623h-1 and 201089)

     Nominal coordinates are those of LMC X-1, which is at an off-axis
     angle of roughly 5 arcmin during the observation;
     thus the off-axis angles derived by SASS are misleading.

     ROR, POINT, and MISP show no indication of an off-axis pointing;

   Attitude Problems in Observations using STCW Attitude

     202805 ff:

       - Twin sources in some OBIs
       - Systematic shift of positions by roughly 30 arcsec

   Reported by: stelzer

   Required action:

     - Use attitude information with 1s resolution (currently 3s/4s)
     - Improve attitude screening
     - Determine boresighting for STCW period
     - Reprocess ALL STCW period data
