PREPARATION: ------------ 0) setenv DISPLAY ..... (if screening is not done directly on o09) 1) cd /data09f/rras/work_dirs/ mkdir hri mkdir hri/tmp 2) source /home/rra/com/enable_hvi 3) cd /data09f/rras/work_dirs//hri idl prepare_hri,subdir,user (e.g. prepare_hri,'de9806ii','jos') This procedure looks for HRI Seqs in /data09f/rras/prepare_results//d1 and copies the data to directories e.g. 'tmp/rh123456n00'. Then the IDL routine 'prehrra2' is applied to each observations and the resulting files are stored in the respective directories 'tmp/rh123456n00' SCREENING: ---------- 4) hvi2,checker,cksite (e.g. hvi2,checker='jos',cksite='MPE') With this GUI the actual screening is performed. After saving a Sequence, the files *_qsrc.fits *.qlog are created.
