[perl #62502] Fcntl exported constants become tainted under 5.8.9

This is a bug report for perl from root@patsy.ijs.si,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl v5.8.9.

Under Perl 5.8.9 some O_* and other constants as exported
by module Fcntl (or IO::File) become tainted under certain
circumstances. This does not happen under 5.8.8 or 5.10.0.

Originally the error was observed after calling Archive::Zip
(sub _findEndOfCentralDirectory), causing further failures in
application, but I managed to strip it down to the following:

The problem is observable at least under FreeBSD 6.3 in 32-bit mode
and FreeBSD 7.1 in 64-bit mode, each time perl was installed from
ports with default settings. It is probably not platform-dependent.
