[perl #60300] doc Carp $Carp::Internal{__PACKAGE__} example

This is a bug report for perl from user42@zip.com.au,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.36 running under perl 5.10.0.


Carp.pod under %Carp::Internal gives an example

    $Carp::Internal{ __PACKAGE__ }++;

but I think that results in a literal string "__PACKAGE__" being the
hash key.  Maybe it could show something like

    $Carp::Internal{(__PACKAGE__)}++;

to keep anyone cutting and pasting out of trouble.
