I like writing, and this is something I can do while in departure lounges
and on the train. As such, I'm happy to volunteer for this, or as much of
it as I can do.

I'll be using the changes file from:

	http://mirrors.develooper.com/perl/APC/perl-5.8.x/Changes

I know this will be updating over the next few days, but that's fine, I'll
start from the bottom, and keep track of the change I'm up to. That also
means that if for any reason I can't complete the task, the hand-over will
be much easier.

I'm teaching until the end of this week, have next week "off", and will be
teaching like a pirate the week after[1]. Unless anything unexpected
happens, I should be able to devote at least a full day to writing the
perldelta next week. If that's not fast enough, let me know.

Unless you'd prefer otherwise, the work-in-progress delta will probably be
in a public git repository somewhere, almost certainly on github. I'll post
a link when it's done.

Cheerio,

	Paul

[1] Honestly, I'm being paid to teach Perl wearing an eyepatch. Apparently
learning about @ARRRRRRRRGV is much more fun when you're a swarthy sea-dog.
